How it Works:

1. Student confirms preferred Tutor / Mentor with the following information:
       a. Date, Time & Venue of first lesson
       b. Agreed Rate-per-Lesson (NOT per-hour)

2. Student proceed to deposit two-lesson payment online at TUTOR-SEARCH.COM
       a. Indicate Tutor / Mentor’s details with 1 (a) & (b) and accept T&Cs in payment page.
       b. Both Student & Tutor / Mentor will receive an Official Receipt by email.
       c. If payment is made through internet-banking or ATM, please forward payment copy to admin@tutor-search.com before lesson can commence.

3. Student must attend the first lesson on the date & time stated in the payment receipt. Unless otherwise agreed with the Tutor / Mentor (copy: TUTOR-SEARCH.COM), one lesson fee will be deducted from the deposit if the student does not show up.

4. Student has up to 5 Days to decide if he or she wishes to continue or withdraw.
       a. If NOT continuing, a FULL refund will be made to the Student within 30 days. ($20 transport reimbursement will be deducted if tutor travel is required to the student’s venue, if applicable).
       b. If there is NO official withdrawal or notification from the student on the 6th Day from the first lesson, it is assumed that student will continue with the same tutor. “5 Days Money-Back Guarantee” will lapse and there will be NO full or partial refund.
